Work has started on the new Manual of Saudi Arabian Forgeries. It will be published in two volumes, one for stamps and the other for overprints. Sections of the manual will be published here, either as a finished document or for review by members. Suggestions are always welcome. One important question is should the manual be published as a printed book or as an eBook? An eBook gives the reader an opportunity to expand the illustrations and search for text, whereas a printed book may be easier to use. The file size of an eBook is likely to be very large (Have a look at the size of the development version!). All of the introductory pages are under development; some are almost complete, some have nothing! Some form of quality control will need to be applied before publication. This would normally be done by a peer review but we are open to suggestions. Any volunteers or suggestions?
